Dental Assistant Position at Heartland Dental

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team at Heartland Dental. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care and treatment
Prepare and maintain dental equipment and instruments
Take and develop dental x-rays
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a dental assistant role
Dentrix or other dental software experience
Dental assisting school certification in NE required
Coronal polishing and/or Radiology certifications required if you do not hold a DA certification
Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
Must be a team player, patient-focused, friendly, and hard-working
Excellent communication and organizational skills
