Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Soliant Education. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and Treat Patients: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, and develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Educate Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure seamless communication.
- Document Patient Progress: Document patient progress and maintain accurate and timely records to track treatment outcomes and make informed decisions.
- Education and Licensure: Doctoral or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and current New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience and Skills: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
