Nortek Air Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Industry Leader to join our team in Oklahoma City. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the customer support team and drive business growth in the aftermarket parts industry.

As an HVAC Industry Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to over 120 rep firms in the United States and Canada. You will manage relationships with core customers, forecast parts department needs, and lead day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing orders, managing order backlogs, and coordinating with purchasing to improve lead times.

Your expertise in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC/heat pump service and parts issues will be invaluable in this role. You will analyze RMA's, determine appropriate action, process RMA, and coordinate with the distribution center and accounting. You will also maintain an attitude that consistently represents the organizational culture, including the mission, vision, and core attributes.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes a competitive salary. Our estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. Additionally, our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Five years' experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC/heat pump service and parts issues.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, and manuals.
  • Ability to work through root cause analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed internal/external customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly and coordinating with outside technicians and ability to follow up on parts delivery.
  • Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
  • High school graduate required. Experience in the HVAC industry or advanced degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC parts, Motors, and Compressors.
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate level MS Office. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM is a plus.
  • Good typing skills and working knowledge of MS Windows.
  • Strong customer service skills and proactive problem identification and resolution.
