About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at LTD Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with local and federal laws pertaining to OSHA.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC-R equipment, carpentry, electrical, masonry, and plumbing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective time management and communication skills.
  • Must follow all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
  • Valid California driver's license, Class C or ability to obtain one within 6-month probationary period.
  • Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, holidays, and standby, as needed.
