Kadlec is a non-profit healthcare provider in the Tri-Cities region, offering primary and specialty care to patients. We are committed to customer service excellence and provide evidence-based, patient-focused care using cutting-edge technology and innovation.
Our services include a growing open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology program, a level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and an all-digital outpatient imaging center.
We pride ourselves on being a premier choice for healthcare in the region and believe our commitment to quality care sets us apart from other providers.
About the Role
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Neuro Acute Care Unit located on 4RP at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a nurse in this unit, you will work with a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an acute care setting and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatments as prescribed by physicians.
In addition to providing direct patient care, you will also be involved in education and training programs to ensure that your colleagues have the knowledge and skills they need to deliver excellent care.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduation from an accredited nursing program and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington. You will also need to obtain a National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire and complete the NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required, and we prefer candidates who have worked in a neurology or neuroscience unit.
Benefits
Kadlec offers a comprehensive benefits package to its employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, and retirement savings options. We also offer paid time off, holidays, and a wellness program to support your physical and mental health.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $38.37 - $76.71 per hour. In addition to your regular hourly rate, you may also be eligible for shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities based on your performance and the needs of the hospital.
