Job Title: Day Porter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at LOT Management. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our properties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning of surfaces
* Empty trash receptacles and remove debris
* Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
* Identify and manage priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Wear appropriate safety equipment for tasks, including gloves, goggles, and safety vest

Requirements:

* Janitorial experience preferred
* Outstanding communication skills
* Punctual and dependable
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Meet physical requirements, including constantly walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying
