Medication Care Specialist

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications, documenting medication administration, and providing resident care that aligns with federal, state, and local standards. You will also promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents, while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Administration of Medications: Accurately administer medications to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Documentation of Medication Administration: Maintain accurate records of medication administration, including dosages and times.
- Providing Resident Care: Deliver personalized care to residents, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
- Qualifications: Hold an L.P.N, LVN, or state-specific licensed nurse credential. In states where applicable, maintain certifications. Be at least 18 years old. Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, and a desire to serve and care for seniors is essential.

Benefits
As a Medication Care Specialist at Sunrise, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
