**About the Role:**

The Senior Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the oversight of construction projects that deliver exceptional results for clients, generate profit, and produce lasting client relationships.

**Essential Functions**

  • Assist Project Manager in a wide range of service management duties including coordinating with crews, superintendents, and other departments within the company
  • Proactively develop effective solutions to issues that may arise during project execution
  • Study bid specifications and drawings carefully to ensure accurate project planning
  • Communicate continuously with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Deliver on projects in a timely manner and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Attend networking events and travel to conferences and job sites as needed
  • Work to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractor community
  • Ensure safety procedures and policies are in place and followed at all times
  • Prepare look-ahead documents and weekly/monthly progress reports
  • Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure seamless project execution

**About You:**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in electrical construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
