Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of building relationships with customers.

Job Description: As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver deep knowledge of our products and services, and provide education to customers through technical presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase revenue and profitability through the generation of new business and the further development of existing accounts.
  • Routinely interact face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain satisfaction.
  • Understand complex customer requirements to prepare customized quoting.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customer concerns.
  • Work with local customers to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales.
  • Provide technical support as required.
  • Work with and coordinate vendor resources to build relationships and support sales.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and industry and sales experience. You will also have a proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices, and be able to influence customers while maintaining healthy relationships.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: This role is based in our headquarters in Atlanta, GA, but may require travel to customer sites.
