About the Role:

As a Resident Assistant - CNA/CMA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with daily activities such as nutrition, hygiene, and maintaining clean living spaces. You will also promote a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster independence and dignity among residents
  • Provide direct care for daily activities, including nutrition, hygiene, and maintaining clean living spaces
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and restorative nursing tasks
  • Promote a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all residents

Requirements:

  • ND CNA and CMA certifications are required
