About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate at H&M Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and profit. You will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service and product knowledge to our customers. Your goal will be to create a positive and engaging shopping environment that meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Actively greet and engage with customers to provide the best possible experience, offering assistance and product recommendations as needed.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Merchandise Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label items with security tags within efficiency timelines.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags following register best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find their style.
  • Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and adapting to changing situations.
  • Teamwork: Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job, with a flexible approach to working with others.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and engage in repetitive motions.
