Support Staff Member

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Staff Member to join our team at Marrakech Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior programs and other habilitation programs to promote community integration and safety
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including daily hygiene functions and meal preparation
- Monitor and report on individuals' medical health issues and communicate with supervisors as needed
- Model positive adult roles in the community and foster community belonging through person-centered activities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-6 months of related experience and/or training preferred
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License required; ability to obtain Department of Developmental Services - Medication Certification within six months of hire
- CPR and First Aid certification required
