**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication administration and wound care
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse
- Maintaining resident records and documenting progress
**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
