About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Diabetes Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Within an assigned territory, utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which includes physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
  • Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Business to business sales experience or early career with internship experience and/or sales degree is highly preferred.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

What We Offer

A competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $65,000-$74,000, company match 401k, flexible paid time off (PTO), and sick time. Syneos Health complies with all applicable federal, state, and municipal paid sick time requirements.
