Power Stop LLC is a pioneering force in the automotive aftermarket brake sector, reshaping the industry's landscape with remarkable expansion. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution and Fulfillment Center Training Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role will ensure that all staff are properly trained in operational procedures, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain high standards of safety, performance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and productivity of our distribution and fulfillment center employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions through various methods, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, e-learning modules, and workshops
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to support the training programs
  • Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in training and development, preferably within a distribution or fulfillment center or Instructional education environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data and use metrics to drive training effectiveness
