About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Steilacoom Historical School District. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our schools and facilities.

### Job Summary
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for supervising custodial and grounds staff, managing facility use requests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

### Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate custodial and grounds staff
- Manage facility use requests and maintain professional relationships with the community
- Coordinate facility operations and activities with other departments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records

### Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful experience supervising employees and conducting evaluations
- Professional experience in custodial, cleaning, and/or grounds and landscaping
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and stakeholders
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to follow written and verbal direction

### Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at $98,000 annually, plus a technology stipend of $2,000. The district offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
