Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at North Easton Savings Bank. As a key member of our Retail Division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and meet the financial needs of each customer, recommending appropriate solutions and products.
  • Process customer transactions, including account openings, account maintenance, and routine bank transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Develop and deepen customer relationships, taking ownership to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on Bank products and services, promoting opportunities to introduce customers to all available options.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong computer and math skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, efficient, and produce accurate work.
  • High level of accountability, growth mindset, and teamwork/collaboration.
  • Flexible with Monday through Friday schedule; Saturdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm required.
Physical Demands

This position is an office-based position in terms of physical demand. Employees are expected to be able to operate their fingers and hands to perform functions such as typing, writing, and filing. Employees must also be able to move throughout the office with ease while also being able to sit for extended periods of time. Employees must be able to see and hear in an office setting that includes much noise going on around one's workspace. While this job is mainly clerical, there are instances in which employees must be able to transport up to 20 pounds.
