In this role, you'll be a key player in our sales efforts, building relationships with both current and prospective customers to provide outstanding solutions.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary
  • Monthly expense allowance
  • Monthly commission based on prior month's gross profit


Duties/Responsibilities:

As our Account Executive, Single Family, you'll be at the heart of our sales efforts, including:

  • Customer Connections: Cultivate relationships with existing accounts and explore new opportunities within your territory.
  • Product Presentation: Showcase our products and services to customers, helping them find the perfect fit for their needs.
  • Estimation Expertise: Utilize cutting-edge technology to generate take-offs and estimates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Negotiation Skills: Navigate pricing discussions with finesse, finding solutions that work for both our customers and Real Floors, Inc.
  • Service Excellence: Be the first point of contact for any customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and a positive experience.
  • Goal Setting: Set ambitious sales goals and work diligently to achieve them, driving growth for our business.
  • Market Insight: Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to our management team.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Embrace versatility by willingly taking on other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.


Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Industry Knowledge: While not required, experience in the single-family/residential rental homes sector or familiarity with flooring would be a plus.
  • Passion for Sales: Bring enthusiasm and drive to every customer interaction, with a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Innovative Thinking: Embrace new ideas and approaches, always seeking ways to improve and innovate.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
