Dishware Attendant

HUB Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable Dishware Attendant to join our team.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $40,000, based on industry standards and location.

As a Dishware Attendant at HUB Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen environment by washing, sorting, and storing dishes, as well as prepping food as needed. This includes:

• Setting up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks;
• Assisting in the timely storing of food deliveries;
• Following daily dish cleaning duties;
• Changing water of machines and sinks every two hours or as required;
• Properly washing, stacking, and storing china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.

You will work closely with our chef to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential for this role.

To succeed as a Dishware Attendant, you will need:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time;
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds;
• Work in a moderate to loud noise environment;
• Slip-resistant shoes required;
• Exposure to heat/cold from weather and mechanical equipment;
• Maintain current Food Handlers certification;
• Flexible with job duties;
• Clean kitchen equipment;
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills.
