Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearJob Description: Property Maintenance ManagerDuties:
  • Ensure the upkeep, repairs, and minor renovation of buildings and grounds are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Coordinate service utilities, including heating, electrical, plumbing, and power.
  • Repair and maintain furniture, equipment, and tools as needed.
  • Oversee interior and exterior painting of facilities when necessary.
  • Create and manage agency key copies as required.
  • Direct and supervise students in repairing student property damage.
  • Maintain the grounds, including mowing, sweeping, shoveling, snow removal, and sanding parking lots and walkways.
  • Stock and organize supplies and materials for repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in general maintenance of grounds, buildings, and equipment is required.
  • Candidates must possess a clean driving record and hold a valid state of Alaska driver's license, along with a valid certificate of insurance and auto registration.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a state and federal background check.
