Kids R Kids Stafford seeks a dedicated and passionate Infant Toddler/Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our students.
About Us:
Kids R Kids Stafford is a reputable childcare provider that offers a safe and supportive learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Our center is committed to delivering exceptional childcare services that cater to the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Comply with state regulations, local laws, and company policies
• Implement programs that support the mission statement of Kids R Kids Learning Academy
• Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and staff members
• Create a daily schedule and adhere to it while ensuring the safety and well-being of the children
• Use technology efficiently to complete tasks and maintain accurate records
• Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements and participate in training sessions as needed
Requirements:
• Meet minimum requirements set by the state child care regulatory agency for Infant Toddler or Preschool Teachers
• Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, patience, good judgment, creativity, reliability, and dependability
• Provide all necessary medical records, abuse clearance, criminal records check, fingerprint clearance, high school diploma, training certificates, and other required documents
• Maintain certification in CPR and First Aid Certifications & Annual Professional Development hours
Benefits:
Kids R Kids Stafford offers a competitive salary and benefits package to attract and retain top talent. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may include opportunities for professional growth and development, paid time off, and access to employee discounts.
Certifications and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. Candidates must have a strong background in child development and be able to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in this area.
