Clinical Care Nurse

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care LVN/LPN to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a Clinical Care LVN/LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, administer immunizations and injections, and provide patient education and counseling.
- Assess patients during intake, take vital signs, and perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening.
- Perform Point of Care testing, including COVID testing, and assist with patient registration and intake.
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for optimal patient experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient-focused care and connections.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record.
- Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation.
- Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience.
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
