Job Overview

Top Flight Electric is seeking a skilled Residential Electrician / Lead Tech to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in residential homes, educating clients on electrical safety, and performing a variety of electrical services including installation of outlets, fixtures, and panels.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000+ per year, plus performance-based bonuses. Our electrical technicians also enjoy a range of benefits, including health, dental, life, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and paid vacation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes
  • Educate clients on electrical safety and best practices
  • Perform a variety of electrical services, including installation of outlets, fixtures, and panels
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years field experience as a service electrician
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • ServiceTitan experience a plus
  • Comfortable in attic crawls and ditch digging
