We are seeking a responsible and compassionate individual to provide part-time toddler care near Salem, OR. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and values their growth and development.
About the Role
The Toddler Care Provider will be responsible for supervising and engaging with toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment. Duties include assisting with basic needs such as feeding, diaper changing, and naptime. The ideal candidate will create fun and educational activities to promote growth and development while maintaining a clean and organized play area.
Requirements
- A passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Previous experience in toddler care is preferred, but not required
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Work Environment
This is a part-time position with flexible availability during weekdays and some weekends. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000, depending on experience.
