LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents according to physicians' orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations.
- Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers.
- Communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and staff as needed to ensure timely clinical interventions and follow-up.
- Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner.
- Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports.
Requirements
- Active LVN or LPN license in the state in which this community is located.
- CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work the defined schedule for this position, which may include weekends and holidays.
- Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.

- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at guiding and directing teams.
- Works with a sense of urgency while paying close attention to detail.
- More than one year of medication management experience.
- Direct supervisory experience.
