AbleHearts is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead our skilled nursing community during weekends. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents and supervise licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices, and regulations.
  • Supervise licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
  • Maintain outcome-focused care and services for each resident while achieving the facility's business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State
  • Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with others
  • Demonstrated understanding of state and federal rules and regulations that govern the practices of the facility
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance, be flexible, and demonstrate calm and professional behaviors
  • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally, and in writing

We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment.
