Logistics Coordinator

RGS Products Inc. is a leading architectural metals and glass fabrication company based in Northwestern Pennsylvania.

We are seeking an experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver to join our team, responsible for delivering architectural railing and metal products to customers across the region.

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks at the shop, finisher, and job sites.
• Use company-provided technology/software to track and scan material and finished products.
• Document required paperwork for shipping and receiving, confirming all components are accounted for before leaving for deliveries or to the finisher.
• Interact with Project Managers and Plant Manager while at the shop and job sites.
• Work with employees to ensure the truck is loaded/unloaded with the right material and hardware per job.

• Valid Driver's License (required).
• DOT issued medical card (required).
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. consistently.
• Clean driving record.
• CDL Class A preferred but not required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1-2 years of experience driving a 26' box truck (26,000 lb).
• 1 year of direct laborer experience (loading/unloading).

Average work hours are from 7:00A-3:30P, with overtime as needed. Compensation is determined by skill and experience, estimated at $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance.
