Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pediatric Emergency Room. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in pediatric emergency care.
- Current California RN license (in hand or with ETA of posting).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a segmented/separate pediatric emergency department or children's hospital.
- BLS and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Flexibility to float within the hospital as needed.
The estimated salary for this position is $2042.00 per week. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the RoleThis is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-start modules and a 12-hour orientation before commencing employment.
