About the Job

Fastenal is seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of products through our customer sites.

Job Description
  • Facilitate the movement of product through our customer site with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate computer programs and wireless handheld devices as required.
  • Audit and prepare outgoing shipments to customer facilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Comply with health, safety, and sustainability rules and expectations.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the work.
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed.
  • Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located.
  • Prior warehouse experience.
  • Prior experience operating a forklift.
