Boston Back Bay Irish Pub Host Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic and attentive Host to join our team at Sls Irish Pub in the heart of Boston's historic Lenox Hotel.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, work well under pressure, and have a strong passion for delivering top-notch hospitality.

Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits: Competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a fun and dynamic work environment.

About Us: Located in the Lenox Hotel, we are a modern Irish-American pub that offers a wide range of craft cocktails and delicious food options. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and strive to create an unforgettable experience for each and every one of them.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
  • Managing table assignments and seating arrangements
  • Providing prompt and courteous service to all guests
  • Upselling and suggesting menu items and drinks
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a host or server
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • PT and FT applicants welcome
