Job Summary

BrandStar Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Specialist to coordinate, implement, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated marketing and the ability to think strategically and implement tactical measures to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research new technologies and industry trends to identify potential impact on the business' marketing efforts.
  • Develop marketing plans to meet business objectives by researching customer behavior, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure success of the MarTech roadmap and work to engage with and understand targeted areas, including vendors and internal multi-functional partners.
  • Set campaign objectives, define targets, identify audience, set and measure KPIs, channel selection and optimization, audience touchpoints/engagements, amplifying on-brand materials and tone of voice.
  • Accurately select marketing and advertising channels, track metrics, and optimize strategy and tactics based on performance data.
  • Analyze competitor products and marketing strategies to develop effective countermeasures.
  • Build credibility and trust among cross-functional teams and articulate and pitch ideas and perspectives through direct and indirect influence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience in an agency or within an internal marketing department managing marketing campaign projects and client deliverables.
  • Bachelors' degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
  • Experience supporting third-party marketing efforts preferred.
  • Prior experience building and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Possess a solid understanding of integrated marketing and the impact made to enable sales.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactical measures to achieve strategic goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to work with multiple internal and external teams effectively.
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
  • The ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data and see the big picture, providing actionable and influential recommendations.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities, formulate hypothesis, plan research, identify insights, and drive recommendations relevant to the business goals and objectives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
