Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker to facilitate the movement of freight by connecting shippers with carriers, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage shipments from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Negotiate pricing with carriers while ensuring competitive rates for clients.
  • Stay informed about FDA regulations and other compliance requirements affecting the transportation of goods.
  • Process Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions to streamline communication between parties.
Requirements
  • Strong background in logistics sales and transportation sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable pricing for both shippers and carriers.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make informed decisions regarding freight pricing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and partners.

Freightlined Carrier LLC is offering a competitive salary of $42,000.00 per year, or approximately $1,615.38 per week, based on a 40-hour workweek and 2 weeks' paid vacation. The company operates remotely, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.
