PrideStaff - Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing large volumes of incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
