We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing the latest technology and equipment.

About the Role

This is a Part-Time position, with approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. As a Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art cardiac telemetry unit. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and provide education to patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various cardiac conditions, including arrhythmias, myocardial infarctions, and heart failure.
  • Monitor and interpret ECGs, as well as other diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and perform various medical procedures, as needed.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac telemetry or related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
