Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearJob Description:

This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our revenue cycle process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of billing and coding procedures, and effective communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement efficient operational policies and processes across all functions of the Revenue Cycle Department.
  • - Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators to maximize cash flow throughout the revenue cycle.
  • - Collaborate with senior leaders to implement effective Revenue Cycle processes and ensure strategic goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hospital billing reimbursement regulations.
  • Familiarity with EMR billing and accounting systems.
  • Relevant certifications such as CRCE, CHFP, CRCR, CPB, or other recognized certifications in RCM.

  • Strong computer and technical knowledge, analysis, and utilization of EMR billing and accounting systems.

  • Ability to effectively supervise employees.
