About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Women's Philanthropy Development Manager to join our team at Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key lay leaders, donors, and professionals to drive annual fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, including Lionesses of Judah ($5,000+)
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies through events, travel missions, and leadership cohorts
  • Collaborate with the Women's Philanthropy volunteer leadership team to execute comprehensive engagement and campaign strategies
  • Manage multiple committees, including the Women's Philanthropy Board and event/campaign committees
  • Provide education, training, and leadership opportunities through programming, missions, events, volunteer projects, and giving societies
Requirements
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in annual fundraising, donor engagement, customer service, sales, or relationship/account management
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, including planning, multitasking, prioritizing, and time management
  • First-hand knowledge of the Jewish community and strong sense of Jewish culture and customs
  • Strong event planning experience and excellent writing skills
  • Proven experience working with committees and volunteers
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Zoom, and other technology platforms as required
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The position also offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug program, life insurance, generous paid time off, and a 403(b) retirement savings plan with employer match.
