Lead Sales Efforts in the Chicago Area
Gateway Industrial Power is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our Carrier refrigeration, APU, and telematic sales efforts in the Chicago area. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in achieving set goals and targets, allocating territories, and setting sales quotas for team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in achieving set goals and targets.
- Allocate territories and set sales quotas for team members.
- Consult with potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products, equipment, or services.
- Consult with existing customers to provide additional products and services.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profit, expenses, and operating profit in the region.
- Address customer complaints, staffing issues, and other operational challenges promptly.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to devise effective sales strategies and quotas aligned with dealership goals.
- Oversee hiring and disciplinary actions in adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and drive performance to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Promote and showcase new products effectively.
