Janitorial Specialist

At BlueChip Pros, we are seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Specialist to join our team in Auburn, WA.

This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned buildings and facilities.

• Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, including floors, walls, and equipment
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Emptying trash cans and recycling bins
• Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
