Your primary objective will be to ensure that all objectives are met through well-trained and knowledgeable staff.

Job Summary

This role involves guiding the operations team to achieve exceptional results in terms of quality service, profitability, sales, and customer satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be used to measure success. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Construction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to maintain efficient project progression.
  • Maintain strong relationships with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, and clients to uphold the company's reputation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in property management or related fields.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Reliability, dependability, and self-motivation to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Builder Trend software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and regional location.
