Job Title: Industrial Painter Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter Technician to join our team at PrideStaff in the Copley area.

About the Job:

PrideStaff is hiring General Labor Painters for a company in the Copley area. As an Industrial Painter Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to painting and coating parts on a powder coating line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, plug-in, and hanging of parts according to supervisor's direction and traveler notes.
  • Maintenance of wash systems, contamination control, inspection, and documentation.
  • Pulling, inspecting, sticker, and packing of powder-coated parts from the line.
  • Diligent adherence to work instructions and procedures.
  • Maintaining punctuality and taking pride in your work.
  • Pulling parts, counting, and packing according to work instructions.
  • Verification of operation results through inspection and logging completed work.
  • Documentation of actions by completing records and documenting powder usage.
  • Maintenance of a safe and clean work environment by following procedures and complying with legal and internal regulations.
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs when needed.
  • Completion of assigned duties as necessary.
  • Demonstration of physical strength and stamina to lift parts, operate equipment, and remain on feet for a full shift.
  • Able to use full-face masks and respirators in a particle-filled environment and maintain a cleanly shaven face to enable proper fit testing and seal.
  • Maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Strong time management skills.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift parts, operate equipment, and remain on feet for a full shift.
  • Physical strength and stamina required.
  • Must be able to use full-face masks and respirators.
  • Must maintain a cleanly shaven face for proper fit testing and seal.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
