Job Description

Job Title: Admissions Counselor for Medical School

Job Summary:

As an Admissions Counselor for Medical School, you will play a key role in identifying and contributing to the growth of the student population at UAG School of Medicine International Program. Your mission will be to assess potential applicants and determine if they are qualified to apply and enroll in UAG programs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of potential applicants to determine their eligibility for UAG programs.

• Provide expert guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application process.

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with prospective students and applicants.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student information and applications.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve business growth and maximize enrollment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field (highly preferred).

• Proven experience in admissions counseling or a related field (1 year required).

• Strong knowledge of marketing and sales techniques, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Work Environment:

• Office work environment.

• 8 hour shift, with evenings and weekends as needed.
