Job Description

As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking product and preparing orders for shipment while observing all safety regulations and ensuring quality standards are met.

You will work independently and communicate well with other departments to move work through the system in an organized fashion.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Picking and packing product according to established standards.
  • Running scanning equipment.
  • Packing orders to customer requirements or from provided specifications.
  • Meeting established productivity and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience and be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout your shift.

You must also be able to work in cooler and freezer environments that range from 36°F (2°C) to -10°F (-23°C).

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment where you will be working in a warehouse setting with temperatures ranging from cool to cold.
