Requirements:

  • Board certification/eligibility in Neurology at the time of employment
  • Licensure in the state of Washington by the time of employment
  • Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority

The estimated salary range for this position is between $300,000 and $500,000 annually, based on experience and performance metrics.
