Data Coordinator for Homelessness Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team at Mass Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of a state-wide data system focused on youth and young adults at-risk of, or experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with the data vendor to create a system of data collection, sharing, and reporting between HYS vendors, CoCs across the Commonwealth, and the state Rehousing Data Collective (RDC).
- Participate in a review of required HMIS data elements to ensure compatibility between all systems.
- Collaborate with HYS lead agencies, CoCs, and EOHLC to implement the new data system and ensure data elements include BIPOC and LGBTQ+ data.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, program administration, program coordination, program planning, and/or program analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
