Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed budgeted goals
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned market segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school graduate or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management or business preferred
