Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Williamson Health.

This role requires delivering high-quality, culturally competent care to patients in an obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, plan individualized care, and maintain a therapeutic environment while adhering to hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform thorough patient assessments, identifying needs and developing tailored care plans.
  2. Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring emotional support and education alongside medical treatment.
  3. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
About the Role

Requirements
  • Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • At least one year perinatal experience preferred.
