Job Summary:
A skilled Painting Leadman is required to oversee the painting of assigned materials and vessels. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in painting functions and be able to interpret standard construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a workforce in the successful roller/brush painting of all assigned materials and vessels.
- Ensure compliance with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction.
- Communicate effectively with other supervisors and team members.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, production, safety, and environmental aspects of work.
