Job Summary:

This position involves providing instruction and clinical/lab supervision in the Certified Nursing Assistant program at Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, SC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing clinical and didactic instruction, maintaining an appropriate teaching load, and performing administrative duties. Additionally, the instructor will review, evaluate, and revise course objectives, materials, and course syllabi as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement clinical and didactic instruction in the Certified Nursing Assistant program.
  • Maintain an appropriate teaching load and perform administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two (2) years LPN or RN nursing experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years providing care in a long-term care setting within the last five (5) years.
  • Proof of current license for South Carolina as LPN or RN.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Instructional experience.
