Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing technical editing and communications support to the Advanced Technologies and Laboratories team at ProSphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical editing principles and be able to work effectively with subject matter experts to produce high-quality documents.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical editing services to subject matter experts, managers, and leaders
- Edit existing technical material and assist in document preparation
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality in all documents

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in communications, English, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in technical editing and communications
- Strong understanding of technical editing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with highly technical documents and procedures
- Knowledge of LANL-specific requirements and procedures
- Experience working in a large, complex institution or company
