As a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in a North St. Paul-area school district. Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a full-time SLP to join their team for the remainder of the school year.

Role Overview

This position involves working with students in grades K-12, providing speech therapy services and supporting their communication development. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students' communication goals
  • Assess and evaluate students' communication skills, identifying areas of strength and weakness
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid MN SLP license, an SLP teaching license or ability to obtain one, and ASHA credentials (CCC or CFY). Additionally, you should be able to commute to the school site and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $46+ per hour, based on experience. You can expect a weekly pay schedule, access to health, vision, and dental plans, as well as a 401K retirement plan. Our advisory team is available to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout your assignment.
